Non-Dairy Crumbly Cheerios Cookies
Whether you eat a dairy-free diet or not, these delicious crumbly cookies are worth trying.
- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Step 2 In a food processor, process the Cheerios and pecans with the quinoa flour, cinnamon and salt.
- Step 3 Add the coconut oil, the sugars, egg and vanilla. Process until a dough has formed. Transfer to a container and lightly knead the dough with your hands to form a ball.
- Step 4 Use a spoon to scoop out dough balls. Arrange them, with space between each one, on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Step 5 Serve and enjoy!
