FOR THE BASE
  • 1 cup Cheerios™ cereal, ground
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
FOR THE FILLING
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 pinch of salt
FOR THE GARNISH
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  1. Step 1 For the base: Preheat oven to 350 °F. In the food processor, process Cheerios™, almond flour, sugar and butter.
