1/3cup butter or margarine
1tablespoon sugar
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3cup boiling water
1box (4-serving size) lemon-flavored gelatin
3containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free lemon burst yogurt

2.Bake 9 minutes; cool.
3.Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Place in bowl of ice and water 2 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chilled but not set. Stir yogurt into gelatin mixture until blended. Pour over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved cereal mixture. Refrigerate 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until firm. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.

Tips from the kitchen
Make it Different
For Key Lime Dessert, use lime-flavored gelatin instead of lemon and Key lime pie yogurt instead of the lemon yogurt.
