4cups Cheerios® cereal
1/2package (3 1/2-oz size) sliced pepperoni
1/3cup grated Parmesan cheese
1teaspoon oregano leaves
2/3cup French-fried onions, if desired
1 1/2cups bite-size cheese crackers

1.Heat oven to 350°F. Into ungreased 13x9-inch pan, measure cereal. Cut each slice pepperoni into 4 pieces; add to cereal. Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano and onions.
2.Bake 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir in crackers.
3.Spread on waxed paper or foil. Cool 15 minutes. Store loosely covered.

Tips from the kitchen
Succcess:
Be sure to use grated Parmesan cheese (not shredded). The powdery cheese will stick to the cereal when it's hot and the mixture is occasionally stirred during baking.
