| 4 | cups Cheerios® cereal | | 1/2 | package (3 1/2-oz size) sliced pepperoni | | 1/3 | cup grated Parmesan cheese | | 1 | teaspoon oregano leaves | | 2/3 | cup French-fried onions, if desired | | 1 1/2 | cups bite-size cheese crackers |
| 1. | Heat oven to 350°F. Into ungreased 13x9-inch pan, measure cereal. Cut each slice pepperoni into 4 pieces; add to cereal. Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano and onions. | | 2. | Bake 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir in crackers. | | 3. | Spread on waxed paper or foil. Cool 15 minutes. Store loosely covered. |

| Be sure to use grated Parmesan cheese (not shredded). The powdery cheese will stick to the cereal when it's hot and the mixture is occasionally stirred during baking. |
