3cups Multigrain Cheerios® cereal
3cups Wheat Chex® cereal or Multi-Bran Chex® cereal
1cup pretzel twists or sticks
1/2cup peanut butter
1tablespoon butter or margarine
1cup raisins
1cup salted dry-roasted peanuts, if desired

1.Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix cereals and pretzels; set aside.
2.In 1-quart saucepan, heat peanut butter and butter to boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
3.Bake 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in raisins and peanuts. Spread on paper towels; cool completely. Store in airtight container.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.


Tips from the kitchen
Note:
If serving to children under 3 years old, use pretzel twists, omit raisins and peanuts.
