Cheerios® cereal has essential vitamins and minerals, is low in fat and is made with whole grain. All Cheerios varieties have at least 8 grams of whole grain per serving; at least 48 grams are recommended daily.
As for heart health, Cheerios is naturally cholesterol-free and has 1 gram or less saturated fat per serving. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol may help reduce the risk of heart disease.
