How does Cheerios® support education?

question icon

Box Tops for Education.

Since 1996 Cheerios® has been part of the Box Tops for Education program which can help schools earn up to $60,000 a year to support educational materials, programs and resources. That's up to $20,000 from each of the three separate programs, Clip, Marketplace and Reading Room. Students, schools and school supporters can clip Box Tops coupons from Cheerios and hundreds of other participating products. Box Tops coupons are worth 10c each when schools redeem them from General Mills. From there, the Box Tops for Education Marketplace at boxtops4education.com offers a gateway to hundreds of quality online stores. Schools earn eBoxtops for every $10 spent. Up to 10% of each qualifying purchase is donated to your designated Box Tops school when made through the marketplace. You can visit the Box Tops for Education site for more information, or contact the Box Tops for Education Coordinator at your school or school community. The Box Tops schools have to be registered to receive donations.
